Custom Sauna Design Process:

Our saunas are made to order and therefore we believe that quality products, built to last, deserve a conversation around designing something specific, just for YOUR specific needs.

Stage 1 - Design, Inspiration and Images 

• Send us a submission form via the CONTACT page

• Our team member will get in touch with you

Stage 2 - Design Kickoff Meeting

• Pay initial design fee of $400 (deductible from the build)

• We will arrange a meeting or a video call with you

• Onsite measuring with first draft design and options’ evaluation

• Find the perfect location and choose a suitable sauna heater

• Process questions and concerns, considering your budget

Stage 3 - “Plan of action” meeting

• Create a 3D sauna plans for visuals

• Review the design together

• Make any necessary adjustments and edits

• Continue to problem solve, ensuring a smooth build process and installation down the road

Stage 4 - Project Overview

• Provide an estimate for your sauna build project

• Establish financial clarity for the process of this investment

• Answer any remaining questions you might have about the build process

Stage 5 - Getting Started with Your Build

• Once the design process is completed, we will send you an invoice for the deposit to lock in the project

• We will get you scheduled into our build timeline and propose your estimated completion and installation date (current lead time is 6-8 weeks)
